Custom and personalized pieces
Custom, personalized, and character-claimed orders are final sale.
Premade ready-to-ship pieces
If a ready-to-ship item arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Approved returns
If a return is approved for a non-personalized item, the piece must be unused and returned in its original condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled case by case based on availability.
