Custom orders begin after your design is confirmed and your character claim is placed.

Availability

Are items always in stock?
Most favorites are released in small batches. If something sells out, keep an eye on the next restock.
What does ready to ship mean?
Ready-to-ship pieces are already made and packaged from the styles available when ordered.
Do popular styles come back?
Yes. The most-loved looks usually return in future restocks, and they tend to go quickly.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
USPS shipments usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, though busy seasons can add extra time.
Should I order early for an event?
Yes. Ordering early for birthdays, holidays, parties, and special events is always recommended.
Do you offer pickup?
If pickup is available for your order, those details are shared during confirmation.
